Quoting: Already have a design in mind? We’re happy to provide a detailed quote! Simply share your finalized plans, including a floorplan with measurements, elevations, chosen inserts, hardware selections, cabinetry style, and colour(s)—quoting with all of these selections made enables us to provide precise pricing.

Fill out the form on our Contact Us page and we will set up a consultation to review your drawings and confirm your selections at our showroom.

Once your quote is approved, we’ll collect a 50% deposit to secure your installation date. All of our quotes include a professional check measure and complete installation. Please note: we proudly serve the Ottawa area, but we are unable to work in Quebec.

Full Service Design Option: Need help bringing your vision to life? We partner with a trusted design team who will work closely with you to create a personalized design, select materials, and ensure every detail matches your needs. They can also connect you with a reliable contractor for a smooth process from start to finish.

Step 2

Check Measure: Once the deposit is collected and appliances are confirmed, we’ll schedule a check measure. We ask that the designer, contractor, or homeowner be on-site to address any questions. If renovations are underway, we’ll wait until framing and drywall are complete.

Appliances: To ensure a precise fit, we’ll need your appliance selections and specifications before the check measure. This allows us to customize the cabinetry accordingly.

Step 3

Production: After the check measure, your cabinetry goes into production. From this stage forward, changes may result in additional fees, so we’ll confirm everything with you before proceeding.

Step 4

Installation: All of our quotes include professional installation by our skilled team, who will treat your home with the utmost care. We’ll work directly with your contractor to lock in a convenient installation date. To keep things running smoothly, we ask that your site is ready by that date—if there are any delays, we may need to reschedule depending on availability. We’ll contact you two days before to confirm the final payment and ensure everything is ready to go!

Step 5

Final Touches: Once countertops are installed, we’ll schedule a follow-up visit to make adjustments if needed. Don’t forget to check our Care and Warranty page for tips on maintaining your cabinetry for years to come.
